Hi! I am Inge, a Belgian who has been living in Spain for many years. Nowadays I work and live in Mallorca. I have more than 20 years of experience in the kitchens of renowned restaurants and as a private chef and nowadays, my passion for cooking has taken me to a new path as a home chef.
I studied in one of the most renowned cooking schools of Belgium. I attended a three years intensive training program, not only mastering culinary skills but also studying "silver service", oenology, and I speak 5 languages. I worked in some restaurants with Michelin stars.
Quickly Belgium became too small for me, and with a "rolling stone" soul I set off to work for many years across the globe on private yachts, embassies and private residences.
Mallorca has been my home the last few years, where I worked as a private chef for different families.
I started my own company as " private chef", working for different clients in high-end places like Gstaad, Crans Montana, Antibes, Ibiza, Mallorca etc. and now as Cuisinge, offering my private chef experience to everybody.
Experience, culinary talent, management capacity, flexibility, fluent in 5 languages and trustworthiness are the keys to the success of my private chef career.
How is my cooking style?
It is a mix between gourmet and homemade food.
I specialized myself in Mediterranean kitchen, and thanks to my travels and to the years I spent abroad, my cooking is enriched by new flavors from Latin America and Northern Europe.
I like simple flavors, letting the character of every ingredient shine and not impose over the others, achieving a balance of flavors that explode on your mouth in every bite.
As a chef for your home, my goal is to give you freetime. A time you won’t have to spend in the kitchen cooking, grocery shopping or cleaning.
A totally personalized service, designed for busy, work-minded men and women, families or anyone that needs extra help with healthy homemade meals recommended by a personal trainer, nutritionist or doctor.
I can guarantee you that I will work within your budget and I will cook delicious dishes for you.
Every customer is different, so a previously arranged chat is needed in which we discuss your needs and culinary preferences so I can give you a personalized proposal.
When we reach an agreement, I will need a deposit of 50% of the service, so I can go grocery shopping for you. The rest of the payment can be done at the end of the services. Any extra help (like waiters) should cost extra.
